Description

The TeSys GV motor circuit breaker is a robust 3-pole (3P) device rated at 3.5A/690V, specifically engineered to safeguard 3-phase motors operating within the range of 0.55 to 1.5kW at 400V. This breaker incorporates magnetic protection features and boasts a breaking capacity (Icu) of 50kA at 400V, ensuring reliable protection against electrical faults.
he breaker is equipped with a toggle switch for easy start-stop control and utilizes Everlink BTR screw terminals for secure connections. The magnetic protection setting is adjustable via a dial, offering a range of 6-14 times the rated current (In) to tailor the protection to specific motor needs.
Internally, the breaker provides space for the installation of additional auxiliary contact blocks (OF, SD) and voltage trip units (MN, MX), enhancing its functionality and versatility. For comprehensive motor protection, this breaker should be used in conjunction with a class 10 or 20 thermal overload relay.
