The TeSys Giga high-power contactor, a 3-pole (3 NO) device, is designed to meet the rigorous demands of AC-3 applications with a capacity of up to 115A and 75kW at 440V. It is equipped with a 48-130V AC/DC wide-band electronic coil that consumes low power and incorporates a highly reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block rated at 17V 1mA.Tailored for demanding applications Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) is a standard feature, continuously monitoring and indicating healthy or alarm conditions via an LED indicator.The TeSys Giga allows for the easy replacement of switching modules (main contacts) and control modules, extending the contactor's lifespan with minimal maintenance. Front-accessible bolted main power connections and push-in control terminals ensure quick and effortless assembly. It provides IP2x protection from the front, with optional terminal shrouds adhering to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106 standards.Operating in ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C, it can be directly mounted on a plate without derating up to 3000m altitude. The contactor can be installed in three quadrants of the vertical plane, and the Overload Relay (OLR) can be mounted directly beneath it. Its compact dimensions of 193mm x 108mm x 193mm (H x W x D) help save space in control panels.
