The TeSys LR9G 115A thermal overload relay is designed for use with TeSys Giga high power contactors and features push-in control connections. It offers protections for phase imbalance, phase failure, in-built ground-fault, and single-phase loads. The relay has options for manual and auto reset, and includes an LED indicator for motor ON and pre-trip alarms.
Tripping classes are selectable from class 5E to class 30E, catering to different application needs such as fast tripping, general purpose, and high inertia loads. It is suitable for both independent mounting and direct mounting with LC1G contactors. The relay provides IP2x protection on the front face with shrouds, complying with IEC 60529 and VDE 0106 standards. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to 60°C without derating up to 3000 meters altitude.
